4th Graders and Their Families Get Free Admission to National Parks

Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to explore America's National Parks!

By Alison Ellis, publisher of Macaroni KID Vero Beach September 2, 2024

If you have a 4th grader, we have some exciting news! Every Kid Outdoors offers a pass to fourth-grade students and their families for free admission to U.S. National Parks. The pass is good from September 1st, 20234 through August 31st, 2025.

Here's how it works: Your fourth grader will click through a quick virtual "diary entry" on the Every Kid Outdoors website. You will then be able to print your pass (you must have a hard copy of the pass) and begin planning your trip. Yes, it's that easy! For sites that charge entrance fees per person, the pass admits all children under 16 and up to three adults in a family for free.

See the full list of rules here. We encourage you to read through the rules to ensure you have the best trip possible with no (bad) surprises!

We have 11 National Parks right here in Florida, so you don't have to travel too far to take advantage of your pass.
